Relax in our Kuhio Shores oceanfront condominium on one of the most beautiful and tranquil sea shores in the world - the Poipu Beach area on the sunny south side of Kauai. Few condominiums are built on the water's edge in Kauai, but our condo at Kuhio Shores is about as close as you can get. From the lanai of our second floor unit (#203), you are less than 50 feet from the rolling waves. Enjoy our updated oceanfront dwelling where the morning sun flows through the windows as you look out onto the ocean's breaking waves. From your private lanai, which is among the largest at Kuhio Shores, you can enjoy ocean and mountain views, sea turtles appearing among the rocks, and local fishermen casting their nets. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on the lanai and in season see the whales breeching while you dine. Our condominium is located on the cool east side of the condominium complex, where the trade winds flow easily through the unit. The condo is equipped to make your stay carefree and enjoyable. Available are boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels, picnic supplies and of course a fully equipped kitchen. For those who enjoy snorkeling, a turtle nest is located in the waters off the Kuhio Shores property. Swimming with them is a delightful experience. Guest Comments:My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. What a great location in Poipu with easy access to the rest of the island. The condo was perfect with everything you could need. Enjoyed having some morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the waves crash below. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Kauai!My husband and I loved our stay at "our Pacific Paradise". Listening to the surf crashing outside our patio doors, watching the sea turtles swim in the cove, cheering on the surfers riding the waves, and winding down at the end of the day with our glass of wine on the lawn watching the beautiful sunsets...were just a few of our favorite activities we enjoyed while we were there. The location is perfect with wonderful walks whichever way you decide to go. We were able to walk to various Poipu beaches and restaurants as well as walk to Spouting Horn blowhole and National Tropical Botanical Garden. The wonderful Beach House Restaurant is just next door. We would highly recommend this well stocked condo. A little slice of heaven... My wife and I had a very nice vacation stay on Kauai. One of the reasons was our accommodations. This condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you would expect a home to have, appliances, kitchen utensils, comfortable furniture (the bed was very comfortable), even some items for recreational enjoyment. We were within walking distance to a nice mall for shopping and dining. All in all a very enjoyable experience. This place was great. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't be more pleased. Everything we needed was in the condo already, including snorkeling gear, picnic-ing equipment, books to read on the beach, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, cooking utensils for making romantic dinners, and the list goes on. There are grocery stores and great restaurants within a few minutes drive, or a longer walk.
